The Department of Information Technology (BSIT) is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and dedicated Instructor I (Full-time) to join our faculty roster. The selected educator will play an essential role in delivering high-quality collegiate instruction, conducting outcomes-based assessments, and upholding academic excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: • Deliver outcomes-based collegiate lectures and hands-on laboratory programming sessions across IT courses. • Develop and update course syllabi, lab manuals, and coding project rubrics aligned with CHED CMO standards. • Mentor undergraduate students on IT capstone projects, software design defenses, and industry readiness. • Participate in departmental technology research, curriculum enhancements, and academic committee tasks. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: • Master's Degree in Information Technology (MIT/MSIT), Computer Science (MSCS), or allied computing field (CHED Standard) • Relevant professional IT certifications (e.g. AWS, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Azure) are an advantage • 2+ years • Demonstrated mastery of the subject matter, classroom management, and modern educational technologies (LMS) • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
